About CTO eXchange

 Welcome to our forum for CTOs and Development Managers who share a common interest in developing their teams and themselves in their roles. We aim to create an exclusive forum to discuss, explore, and develop best practices for handling the challenges and opportunities of being a CTO or Development Manager.

Whether you already have extensive experience leading development teams or are new to the role, this forum is an interactive arena for sharing insights, inspiring one another, and growing together. Together we explore the future work landscape and strive to build a community of CTOs who want to develop their leadership alongside others.

Our Meetups
We organize 4–6 meetups per year, each focusing on different topics. The idea is to choose themes that interest the participants, with variety over time. Examples of topics include challenges, successes, trends, outsourcing, recruitment, and goal management within development organizations. The backbone of the network is the participants themselves.

The point is to meet, talk, share experiences, and give each other feedback in smaller discussion groups. As a participant, you contribute simply by engaging in the conversation. Some meetups may start with a presentation, and as a participant you have the opportunity to speak or contribute special expertise on a theme.
